What we collect

- • Conversations: messages you send to HodlBank AL
- • Usage data: feature usage, modules accessed (anonymous unless opted in)
- • Trading data: watchlists, alerts, positions, journal entries you save
- • Billing: handled by Stripe; we store the customer ID only
How we use it
To provide the service, improve AI quality (only if you opt in), and notify you of relevant updates.
Your rights
- • Export your data anytime (Settings → Security → Download my data)
- • Delete your account with a 30-day cooldown
- • Opt out of analytics and AI training
- • Request correction or removal of any data via support@hodlbankal.com
Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active. After deletion (30-day cooldown ends), everything is permanently erased.
